This Website is operated and managed by Fai Po Gem & Jewellery Limited, situated at Flat 602-6, 6/F., Block A, Focal Industrial Centre, 21 Man Lok Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the Company”). We respect your privacy rights. During our collection, retention, use and transmission of your personal data, our staff and/or agent will thoroughly and strictly abide by the principles and rules of Cap 486 “Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance” (hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”) of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and endeavour to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your personal data. This privacy protection notice is intended to explain our policy in protecting your personal data and privacy (hereinafter referred to as “the Privacy Notice”).
Collection of Personal Data
Personal data is provided on a voluntary basis. There is no need for you to provide us with any information, but the non-provision of personal data can lead to our failure to provide you with services. If you choose to provide us with personal data, we may, at the time of your agreement to use our services, collect, process and retain the personal data in whole or in part, including but not limited to the following:

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. 3. Your personal data will be provided to our associated companies, the sellers providing or transporting the goods/services, the contractors, agents, transportation companies or other services providers in order to provide services;
4. Your personal data will be disclosed to any person under the duty of confidentiality to the Company, including members of our group of companies, IT consultants, auditors, accountants or lawyers etc. who have undertaken to keep such information confidential;
5. At your request, your personal data shall be disclosed to your authorized representative or lawyer etc.
Direct Marketing
The Company shall use your personal data for direct marketing of the Company or any third- party organizations only when exempted by the Ordinance or if we have received your written consent. To this end, your personal data may be provided to third party organizations for direct marketing. However, without exemption by the Ordinance or prior to receiving your written consent, the Company shall not use and/or provide your personal data in the way mentioned above.

Collection of data of minors (persons under the legal age of 18)
Our Services are not catered to anyone under the age of 18, and therefore, we would not knowingly collect personal data of minors.
